Business name search engine Vonage will launch a business name feature to help search for business owners in Ireland, the company has said.
It has launched the feature, called Business Name Search, which will be available to businesses in Ireland as a free service for businesses, and to all businesses, in the next few weeks.
The new feature will help search by business name and category.
Vonage said the feature is available to all the main categories of businesses including food, fashion, music, fashion and entertainment, and will be useful to businesses that have not already got a business address or business name.
“This is an important step in our journey to help all Irish business owners find the right place to grow their business and to find new customers,” said Vonage Ireland CEO, Conor O’Sullivan.
“The feature will also be available in the UK, France and Italy, as well as in the US and Germany.”
“The new Business Name search features will be launched as a service to businesses on a global basis, starting with Ireland, which is a strong start,” he added.
The company’s aim is to help businesses expand across the world, as the Irish economy continues to struggle.
“We are delighted to be able to launch a new feature to further our efforts to help Irish businesses expand globally, and help them reach their full potential,” said Mr O’Neill.
“As the Irish consumer is a big part of the Irish market, we are excited to see our brand become more relevant to a wider audience around the world.”
The company said it would also continue to support its global partners in the area of business information, marketing, advertising, digital and social media, as it sees value in being in this space.
